My expertise for the last twenty years has been coaching and consulting in business development and human resources. I'm continuously involved in HR, sales&marketing, UX along with a lot of project work (product development, work place mediation etc.). I've always felt (and been for that matter) to be responsible of the performance of both myself and others. To be able to enhance the resources you need an entrepreneural approach and leadership that does well technically and ethically. I've faced situations where the choice has been between success and benevolence and managed to fill in them both - this may be compared with entities of human and economical resources but more challenging due to the longitudial sustainability. As well as for cultural resilience I'm a mediator in work places. Specialties: Leadership, HR, Sales, Philosophical and restorative practices, OD, collaboration; challenging situations and conflict handling ever since I got trained in restorative and facilitative ways of interaction a decade ago. I've grown to find how they play a key role in how dilemmas, pradogmas and -doxes as well as how conflicts leverage the success and resource usage in an organization. While financial optimization—cash flow, cost control, and efficiency—can be fine-tuned through systems, human dynamics require design, empathy, and dialogue. Skills such as service design, communication, creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptive leadership are not optional; they are the very capabilities that leading research institutions identify as the foundation for future-ready organizations.
Business coaching and individual coaching, work place counselling, restorative and philosophical counselling are all different steering methods for business development. Restorative and philosophical reception is for
