Kisan eMitra Chatbot • Managed farmer grievances about the PM Kisan scheme efficiently via the chatbot • Developed critical features for the AI model backing the chatbot • Successfully handled over 3 million queries in slightly over 8 months since launch, benefiting more than 250,000 farmers Chatbot for Kisan Call Centres (KCC) across India • The chatbot enhances the capabilities of KCC Agents to access approved resources quickly to address farmer inquiries • The chatbot has been piloted in 3 states and answers 3000 queries daily, with plans on doubling this scale with additional capabilities • Utilized my expertise in technologies and frameworks surrounding RAG and Function calling agents to build and deploy the chatbot MLOps • Owned several deployments under the organization’s MLOps platform TrueFoundry • Led the projects’ infra activities, recognizing several inefficiencies to reduce costs by upwards of $1000 monthly
