My personal experience Throughout my two-month internship in human resources, I had the opportunity to obtain practical experience in a variety of HR-related fields. I actively participated in the hiring process, conducted interviews, and supported the onboarding of new employees. Further, I organized and led HR training sessions, which helped me boost my personnel management and management skills. My interest in human resources was further stoked by this internship, which gave me a solid foundation in how HR works and enabled me to work with an energetic group of people. 👥
