Since taking possession of the company a little over 3 years ago we have been busy making a complete turnaround where we have doubled the turnover and brought the company from "red figures" to a very respectable EBITDA. We have restructured the global organization and now have own production in Turkey and China as well as sales & Engineering offices in India and Vietnam. Frontmatec (former SFK LeBlanc) is a conglomorate, specializing in supply of food technology, for the meat industry, created by the Danish private equity company Axcel. As EVP it is my privilege to manage the merging of 3 of the cornerstone companies into one division that will serve as competence center and be second to none for supplying turn-key slaughterhouses and meat packaging plants. Results included restructuring the sales organization and application engineering and brought back the energy in the sales team. Sales went from a very limited orderintake in 2017 to record high in both both 2018 and 2019. In addition the sales team achieve penetration of new markets in Asia as well as some select marets in Europe such as France where business previous was limited for the Turn Key division.
