Responsible of the electrical works , painting and sealant activities at the A400M final assembly line. Main tasks: 1) Management of the production teams for: a) Electrical reworks (wires exchanges, connectors, backshells, Fiber optics, equipments, overbraiding and textile harness covers reparations) b) Painting and sealant activities (Painting of the complete aircraft, Paint touchups, sealant of panels, lights and equipment, corrosion inhibiting applications, sensitive areas cleaning) 2) Link between the production team and the factory (Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Configuration, industrial services) 3) To implement electrical modifications on the Aircrafts at the Factory and to the Flight test center ones. 4) Electrical Trouble shootings at the factory (wiring diagrams, Pin to pin...) 5) Costs control over the operations by different improvement projects a) Improvement of Paintshop hangar efficiency b) Set up a Kanban warehouse in the department to supply electrical materials on time
Completion of out-of-sequence works for Integrated Fuselage Assembly and Rework Electrical Center transferred to the A400M final assembly line Main tasks: - Prioritization of electrical reworks to minimize the impact in FAL builds process. - Interface with Manufacturing Engineering and Planning & Production Control to define the optimal sequence of works implementation. - Attendance to Industrial Meetings requesting slots to accommodate OSW activities at FAL stations from section arrival up to Delivery Center. - Quality gates presenting major blocking points impacting FAL activities at the beginning of the main milestones: section arrival, Ground Systems Tests, FCT, FOT. - Reporting to provide visibility concerning REC status of OSW at different levels / forums: industrial partners, program management, FAL stations. - Analysis of the production defects with report to my managers. - Creation of work flows for correcting and preventing them. - Daily Maintenance of the SQCDP panels, 5S, Enhancing and management of the continuous improvement projects (KAIZEN), updating intranet.
Supporting the Project managers and engineering teams in factory, process and production planning / engineering. Main tasks: - Data analysis for investigations and projects Research for different country legislations, products and services of other companies, benchmarking. Production cost and volume production analysis - Development of planning standards, tools, playbooks Creation of Microsoft Visio templates of plant layouts, standard templates in order to improve the internal training books, updating Vistaprint websites. - Organization and coordination of the project reviews and team meetings Master planning meeting host, coordination of every team meeting. - Project teams support Capacity model (Manos system) support, Excel support (complex formulas, charts, pivot tables), Power point presentations.
In the technical office I supported the engineering team in order to optimize the production lines. Main tasks: - Management of machinery purchase projects. - Design of pieces for the current machinery (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks 3D). - Design of Plant layouts in order to optimize the production and the flexibility (AutoCAD, MS Visio). - Support to the Plant director in topics like tenders, technical information, laws and engineering. - Planning of the current and next activities in plant.
