I was responsible for checking the status of units through thermostats and devices, making temperature changes if business policies allowed, replacing damaged devices, and trying to troubleshoot to see if I could restore them.
I was responsible for maintaining security in people's homes, scheduling technical visits, troubleshooting to check if the devices were working well, driving with more than 500 devices, motion sensors, keypads, broken glass sensors, sound sensors, CO2 sensors, proximity sensors, cameras, gateways and many more. Handle account information, payments up to a certain limit and also share with customers who wanted to buy the product.
Customer service, keeping apartment keys, parcel, merchandise and handling accounts, check-ins and also keeping the workplace quiet.
