• Responsible for the execution of the S&OE process within the short-term planning horizon (0-3 months), where business alignment of fixed supply, stock allocations, planning optimization and stakeholder communication is key. • Business alignment with other markets and within the market regarding opportunities to optimize, deplete, (re-)allocate stock and define optimal levels, including safety stock strategies. • Balancing supply and demand through working closely with supply centers, warehousing and distribution centers and fixing identified gaps in inbound processes • Responsible end-to-end for Climate Care, Robotics and FC across Europe. • Managing execution of Excess/EOL stock, facilitating scrap conversations between COs. • Leverage technology, process mapping and business analytics to improve overall SC performance
