Hi there. I'm a Lead Product Manager with 18+ years of experience in the Tech industry, a strong Software Engineering background and a love for building tech and digital products. Throughout my career I've built platforms, developer tools, APIs, integrations and mobile, web and conversational applications for B2B, B2C and B2D business models. I'm especially keen in exploring opportunities to push the boundaries of innovation and technology. Lead Product Manager for PaaS, including Managed Kubernetes Service, Managed Databases (Postgres, MySQL, Valkey and OpenSearch), S3-compatible Object Storage, Container Registry and Developer Tools.
As the PM for Integrations, I created and managed the roadmap for a portfolio of products that includes our public API and 10+ Integrations into 3rd party platforms, I owned the vision and roadmap for 3 different development teams, I led initiatives to enhance several aspects of our middleware with Generative AI and I was responsible for our Integrations Strategy. I also owned the overall Integration Experience and Developer Experience for customers and 3rd party developers and was responsible for switching us from an App-first to an API-first approach, built on a public API tha catered to over 500 enterprise customers, delivering 12M translations and 500M translated words per month.
End-to-end Developer Experience (DX) across Data Labeling, Machine Learning and Full-stack development, including Cloud Training, MLOps and Data Engineering Platform.
Conversational apps for Microsoft Teams, leveraging Teams API's, Microsoft Graph API's, NLP, Microsoft's Bots Framework, Twillio Segment, Big Query, Looker and Google Data Studio for product analytics.
Conceived, built and grew a zero-to-one product for Cloud-based CI/CD of mobile and web apps for multiple platforms. I worked closely with other PM's and with engineering teams on requirements for our CI/CD product, our IDE for multi-experience applications, and our API manager and middleware, all the while supporting both internal and external delivery teams, sales teams, and other internal product teams in getting the most out of our technology stack. I also built a PoC of an extension of our SDK for the development of conversational and voice apps.
