At Miff26Concept, my role as a Research Analyst allows me to merge my passion for football with my academic background in Sport Communication from the University of Zimbabwe. Specializing in football-specific research and development, I apply data-driven methodologies to analyze and enhance penalty shoot-out strategies. Our team’s efforts contribute to advancing the scientific understanding of sports performance, and I am proud to be at the forefront of this innovative field that intersects athletic prowess with rigorous research.
Spearheaded the development of sports facility at Regent Hill International School,overcoming logistical and financial challenges to deliver a world class amenity. -Designed and implemented bespoke sports programs for schools in Gaborone and Mokopane ,addressing unique needs and constraints to promote student engagement and wellness . -Founded Dolphin Home Swimmers introducing swimming programs to undeserved communities and navigating cultural and accessibility barriers to drive participation and inclusivity. -Collaborated with Montle Guesthouses to facilitate installation of pool heaters ,resolving technical and operational challenges to enhance guest experience. - Introduced Dolphin Home Swimmers and Scholars during Covid 19 pandemic, pioneering an online WhatsApp Daily Lesson Delivery Program that reached over 200 children in Potigietersus, ensuring continued education and support during a critical period.
