Hiring & Talent Management - Roles handled: GTM, Product & Engineering - Led the First Placements Collaboration for Software Engineers and SDRs from top colleges. - Completed over 300 reachouts, processed 200+ candidates, and secured 37 offers (including internships and rejections). Process & Policy - Launched and optimized the Employee Referral portal. - Introduced an Open Leave Policy & Company-wide Travel Policy. - Revamped and launched the onboarding process and Employee Handbook. Projects: - Mindtickle: Successfully implemented the Learning Management System (LMS) Mindtickle to enhance the ongoing performance and development of our employees. - Coda: Led the evaluation, purchase, and migration process from the previous tool to Coda, centralizing all functional documentation into a single, streamlined application.

(Inclusive of semi-tech roles like BOTS and Engineers). -Hired majorly volume roles and niche roles. Conducted two successful drives in TA team, with yield of 4 Mid Senior Customer Success Professionals hired for Bangalore location and largest in-person, with inflow of 100+ candidates in Chennai. - Handled team of two (Coordinator and Sourcer) and have experience in mentoring them. Projects: - Volunteered for the Career ReStart Program, focusing on diversity and inclusion, designed to support women re-entering the workforce after a career break. - Piloted Phase 1 of Candidate Experience Guide book.
