For those who dont know Movember, beyond the moustaches in November, its a leading global mens health organisation tackling trhee of the biggest issues affecting men today - mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Toll embarked upon a suite of major programs to transform the Group. The GFT Program Director role had responsibility for leading a number of projects and program streams focussed on improving Toll's finance capability and realising cost reductions. The GFT Program included the introduction of a leading global ERP solution together with consistent, scalable, effective processes; accelerating cost savings and efficiencies in receivables; leveraging global shared services; identifying and delivering realisable benefits; and change management to support a successful employee and customer transition.
