As an Owner Project Manager, I lead and execute complex projects from concept to completion, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency. I manage the full project lifecycle, including preparing technical specifications, coordinating with subcontractors, and overseeing procurement and construction. My expertise extends to large-scale energy transition projects, where I handle local project components, permits, and operational interfaces. I am responsible for formalizing project documentation, managing budgets and KPIs, and ensuring seamless asset commissioning and project closure. I also contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices to continuously improve project execution and outcomes.
As E&I Manager, I ensure the achievement of the engineering projects at Air Liquide or customer site within the budget and the planning according to the Industrial strategy and plans, country regulations, HSE policies and Air Liquide Standards through the management of the engineering teams. My mission is including participation and validation to the offer and contract reviews in close and regular contact with the engineering consulting firms and the owner representative. Accountabilities & related Activities : - Leading and managing the Engineering & Projects Team - Driving projects from the development stage up to the closing of the project punch lists in collaboration with the relevant internal and external stakeholders. - Keeping projects costs and quality under control through very close collaboration with Procurement. - Promoting Safety and quality objectives within the Engineering department. - To ensure Team development and qualification management.

Some examples of external projects : - Nitrogen Production Plant (Budget > 10 M€) - Innovative alternative solution, Blueeze based on nitrogen cryogenics, including a supply station for the liquid nitrogen, the onboard cold generator, and related services - Wastewater applications, using industrial gases like O2 and CO2, in urban and industrial WWT Plants - Many projects within pharmaceutical companies Some examples of internal projects : - Engineering/innovation : Development of a design and calculation tool to support the sales and technical teams - IT Project : Deployment of a customer portal with e-services, access to relevant information,... - Efficiency : Standardization/optimization of the technical installations - Procurement : Investment Management within an European project - Global Project : Leader in a project related to a new production plant about several topics : supply chain, assets mgt, investment, procurement/subcontracting, quality issues,... Member of the Air Liquide Strategy Shadow Board. Acting as Stream Lead for the development of the strategy roadmap of our Business Unit.
