After 45 years of service dedicated to the mining and related industries, I have now begun my own small company to specialize in Safety and Maintenance consulting. I offer a practical solution to many of what I see are issues facing modern industry---that is, a lack of experienced staff at the coal face. I specialize in mentoring young maintenance supervisors and superintendents / managers, in both Maintenance Processes and Safety. I spent the last 20 or so years in senior positions with national and international organisations, and I have a lot I would like to share with up and coming people who really want to learn in a practical hands on way.
