As the Chairman & CEO of Black & White Engineering, I have been operating internationally since 1997, delivering successful projects in over 30 countries. Over the course of my career, I have built several companies from ground up including Black & White, which has grown from one person to a team of over 1000 staff in 23 cities around the world. While my experience at the board level has provided me with valuable insight into strategic direction of the companies I have worked for, I remains a hands-on leader who is involved in day-to-day delivery. I am passionate about working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction. At Black & White, I have built an amazing team around me, and together, we are currently delivering complex data centres in 30 countries. I believe that my success is built on a foundation of hard work, attention to detail, and a dedication to providing the highest quality of service to our clients.
