I'm a call centre professional with experience in a multitude of different environments since 1994, varying from Blue Chip organisations to new business start ups. I specialize in growth and rention through culture and effective management. I especially enjoy working with people, along with playing a major part in the companies strategic success.

I joined Fonehouse in it's infancy as Call Centre Sales Manager, and increased revenue and profit through structured growth, and effective training. Soon after I took the position of Head Of Call Centre, and relocated the business to larger premises. From here the business went from strength to strength, and became the integral part of the Fonehouse business, delivering the majority of revenue for the company. I managed all aspects of the centre, from customer experience through to revenue generation.
