Michel graduated as a master in computer science, Belgium. Since 2004, Michel works at Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) in Luxembourg as Senior Engineer for the IT for Innovation (ITIS) department. He works on projects related to the modelling and assessment of processes in various fields such as Operational Risk Management for financial institutions (Basel II), IT Service Management, Information Security Management, Electronic Records Management and Data Protection. Michel is a co-designer of the TIPA framework. He is an ISO/IEC 15504 competent assessor, ITIL 2011 Expert and CIPP/E certified. He is actively involved in standardization activities in ISO JTC1/SC7 (Process Assessment) and ISO JTC1/SC40 (IT Service Management). Currently, Michel is working on interfacing process assessment models with enterprise architecture.
