- Owns the demand process, planning and local portfolio management as an integrated responsibility model - Manages the operational processes for devices and peripherals (e.g. accessories, CPE, SIMs) including Procurement, Logistics, Post Sales - Establishes vendor strategy, collectively with Global Terminal Director, and defines the Vodafone device catalogue - Delivers best in class capability, commercial advantage (both in terms of differentiation and financial) and execution of device centric activity integrating Local and Global Strategy requirements - Manages the communication and engagement of local functions in the planning and delivery of the local device portfolio - Defines and structures the local terminals portfolio as subset of the Global catalogue to support the local business plan, based on commercial inputs, and rationalizes the portfolio to guarantee alignment with Global high level targets - Manages POs subject to sign off by the local company, with an escalation process to Global CMO / RCEO - Responsible for supplier management, optimizing commercial opportunities and supporting go to market plans - Controls the levels of obsolescence and inventory values while delivering high service levels and availability - Provides market and customer insight from local OpCo into the Global Catalogue planning process Specialties: Purchasing, negotiation, market analysis, marketing, logistics
