- Own end-to-end category strategy for logistics and business services, annual spend of €250m+ across multiple sites & stakeholders. - Lead & develop a team of 4 Category Managers, providing strategic direction and coaching across multiple procurement categories. - Drive value creation through strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and commercial optimization initiatives. - Lead sales, clearance, and valorization of ~400Mt of side & waste streams, supporting circularity, sustainability, and incremental value generation. - Member of the international procurement leadership team, contributing to functional strategy & cross-regional alignment. - Developing and deploying category strategies that deliver value and mitigate risks.
