I have been working in the sales area for almost two decades... (That's how everyone starts their description here, right? And then we have all those skills and technical terms...) Well, it's true! I have been working in the sales area for almost two decades, but first of all, the most important thing is to start my presentation with my story. I invite you to learn a little more about me. From a very early age, both because of my desire to be independent and mainly because of financial need, I managed to get a job as a sales assistant in an electronics accessories store with great difficulty. And this experience was one of the most enriching professionally; there I understood that this would be the path of my life, working directly with Sales & People. This first job gave me the opportunity to dedicate myself to college and open new doors. Another important step in my professional career was accepting "even though I had a college degree" an opportunity to be a stocker in a multinational beverage company. I knew that starting on the Front Line would give me expertise and basic knowledge; and that it could help me a lot in the future! And it really helped a lot! I climbed another step as a salesperson, then as a supervisor until I reached the Sales Management level in large companies. I love my family (wife and daughter), they are the priorities in my life! I really like to say that these experiences contributed to the construction of my leadership profile, my priority is the development of the people who work with me and I believe in achieving goals through the construction of collaborative teams. I carry with me a phrase: - No one achieves anything alone in this life! I am a guy who is grateful to GOD for each person who has helped me so far and I ask Him that I can also give back to those around me. "More important than what you do for people; is what you do in people's lives".
