Support brand strategy and in-market execution for Häagen-Dazs’ $1.5B premium ice cream portfolio across Packaged and Snacks, closely partnering with Product Development, Operations, Sales, and Finance. Serve as a key partner for Club channel execution. Manage weekly performance tracking and storytelling (Circana/IRI, panel, retailer data), diagnosing “due-to” drivers and translating insights into clear recommendations. Spearheaded two innovation workstreams from concept through commercialization, coordinating cross-functional inputs and guiding packaging design and launch readiness. Contribute to the 3-year innovation pipeline shaping concepts and feasibility to support long-range portfolio growth. Drive omni-channel readiness by partnering with Shopper Marketing and agency teams to translate brand strategy into channel-specific execution across in-store, eComm, and retailer media.
