Previously at Netflix, Slavich infused a culture of creativity and risk-taking into film and series launch campaigns while leading a newly formed team of 300+ across marketing, PR, social, events, and publishing. She originated and produced the TUDUM global fan event (78M+ views in 2023, Clio Award winner) and supervised the revitalization of Tudum.com, growing traffic 750% in two years. At Warner Bros., she fostered global alignment across marketing, publicity, and awards, transforming films like Crazy Rich Asians, the billion-dollar Joker, and A Star Is Born into cultural phenomena—earning her team two Publicist Guild Campaign of the Year Awards. At Google’s YouTube, she amplified the advertising business and creator community, while driving go-to-market strategies for YouTube TV, Music, and Premium. She also led corporate and crisis communications and navigated policy issues that continue to shape online platforms today. Earlier in her career, Slavich advanced campaigns for NBCUniversal during the rise of DVD/Blu-ray, supported the online retail efforts of Hewlett-Packard and Nokia through internet start-up PeopleSupport, and worked at Steven Spielberg’s Shoah Foundation, helping preserve Holocaust survivor testimonies for educational use with emerging technologies.

Supporting founders, C-Suite, and teams in announcing investment momentum, refining positioning, and developing marketing and communications strategies to thrive in a rapidly evolving creative landscape.
As a top Marcomms executive at Netflix, Slavich led a team of 300+ and worked closely with the company’s C-suite. Departments under purview included Film, Series, Animation, and Documentary publicity, as well as Influencer Outreach, Multicultural PR/Social Media, Studio Photography, Behind-the-Scenes AV, and Events, including corporate, advertiser, premieres, and marketing stunts/consumer activations. Slavich also managed the Publishing division, including digital fansite Tudum.com, Podcasts, and Queue Magazine. Slavich transformed Tudum.com into a major digital consumer destination, increasing traffic by 750% in two years. Originated and produced Netflix’s first-of-its-kind global fan event, Tudum. The 2023 event garnered over 78 million views and trended worldwide, establishing Tudum as the company’s largest annual brand event, uniting Netflix fans globally.
