Digital Transformation: Replacing manual, error-prone Excel workflows with scalable, transparent Jira systems and automated Cognos/Qlik reporting. Infrastructure for Quality: Establishing Sandbox environments and UAT protocols to ensure zero-leakage deployments. Project Lead for Business Intelligence Dashboard projects based on Qlik Sense platform including data development plan, dashboard development plan, and delivery management. Directly involve in data model design and ETL process to prepare data from Teradata data warehouse into Qlik Sense format (QVD). Involve in administration on Qlik Sense Management Console (QMC).
My main role is as the IT liaison between business and IT department, to provide information, contributing to system design with regards to IT standards and align with security policy of CIMB. Also, during the project execution phase to ensure all deliverables are delivered by various business and IT stakeholders to ensure the success of a project.
I was involved in the requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment/migration, post-production support, and minor code fix for eProcurement Software, and also assist in data analysis process for Spend Management software.
