I work closely with C‑suite leaders, managing people, priorities and practicalities - often all at once. My career began in classic EA territory, but over the years I’ve added layers of operational responsibility, project ownership, and the kind of discreet emotional intelligence that keeps leadership teams steady through turbulence. I’ve supported executives across startups, large corporates and, most recently, through a full divestment and organizational transition. Along the way, I’ve earned a reputation for being fast, calm and unflappable; the person who spots what’s missing, connects dots across functions, and gets things done. I use digital tools (yes, including Copilot) not because they’re trendy, but because they actually help me work smarter. In 2025, my role expanded again. Alongside my EA responsibilities, I took ownership of complex, high‑impact assignments, including coordinating the sale of four company‑owned summerhouses in Denmark and Sweden, one sold at a record‑breaking price in Båstad, and project managing the relocation of FLSmidth Cement, now; FULLER, from the historic Valby site to Harvings Pakhus for around 200 employees. My world is a colorful mix of executive support, operations, service, real estate, FM, design thinking, and the occasional firefighting. It suits me. I like variety. I like people. And I like the satisfaction of knowing that a complex task landed cleanly because someone cared enough to take ownership. Maybe I am even lucky enough that no noticed the problem(s) I killed today...       Co‑led the complete site relocation of the FLS Cement business from the iconic HQ in Valby to Harvings Pakhus from May 2025 and took full ownership of the project from October 2025. Managed end‑to‑end planning, vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, workplace design and operational setup through to full move execution. Delivered the complete transition while maintaining business continuity and achieving substantial cost savings by absorbing responsibilities normally handled by external consultants and multiple internal teams.
