In this role, I have developed and executed comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Leading a dynamic marketing team, I focus on achieving marketing goals through guidance, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and finance. I spearhead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, ensuring a strong online presence and customer engagement. In this role, my direct and indirect management responsibilities included specialized and general demand marketing as well as the Inbound SDR team. I directed the design and implementation of the land and expand demand generation strategy. This included inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy as well as demand generation marketing plans and operations across all channels. I effectively coordinated with the brand, creative, and product marketing teams to create integrated campaigns while determining the best channel for each product, campaign, and piece of content. I also worked closely with sales leaders to improve the buyer experience and implement strategies for opportunity efficiency and growth. While controlling resources and budgets, I drove my teams to innovate, pilot, challenge, measure, and track performance of all marketing activities, programs, and mix, working to achieve all key pipeline metrics and objectives.
