About

I love to build things. I've built entire talent functions from scratch. I can build your team, your HR and talent process, as well as select and implement the necessary systems. Success is important to me, and I want to work hard and see the results play out across interesting organizations! Sometimes that will mean laying the groundwork and handing it over to the team to manage, other times parachuting in, and still others working as a member of the team. Cohesive, successful teams where people feel supported and encouraged to show up as their authentic selves, where it is fun to work hard and learn together while contributing to a meaningful mission - that's what it's all about for me.
