With over 10 years of securities and banking experience, I am the Head of Markets for Clearstream Fund Services overseeing the markets for Fund Services globally and responsible for fund services product management regionally in Asia. I am also a purpose driven executive director and board member at Clearstream Fund Centre (Hong Kong) Limited, a subsidiary of Deutsche Boerse Group, one of the world's leading financial market infrastructure providers. I am responsible for managing the key business line and risk management functions. My core competencies include new product and markets business development, customer relationship management, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. I have successfully led and executed multiple projects and initiatives to enhance the product offerings, market coverage, and operational efficiency of Clearstream's fund services, leveraging my expertise in investment fund services. Head of Markets unit
-Regional Head of Product Management for investment fund services for Asia Pacific in Clearstream. -Participate to the maintenance of the multi-year product strategy plan, including product roadmap and P&L. -Work with Sales, Relationship Management and Customers to identify, assess, propose and execute potential revenue generating opportunities. -Work with all departments to establish and maintain adequate legal and competitive watch infrastructure. -Work with operations and client services areas to identify, assess, propose and execute operational process improvements and revenue generating opportunities. -Analyse and determine appropriate technical and non-technical solutions to both internal and external customers needs. -Work with central IT to facilitate technical product deliverables in an effective manner.
-Regional Sales for clients -Primarily responsible for relationship management and servicing of custody, fund administration, trust agency and Trustees services for domestic and cross- border clients. -Fully responsible for a portfolio of institutional clients (pension funds, asset management companies, insurance companies) on any new issues, new products and solutions.
