Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting attorneys and non-attorneys for contract placement on document review projects as well as for government contractor positions such as law clerks and paralegals. Responsible for creating, enacting, managing, and improving recruitment methods and candidate tracking systems. Directly communicates with managed review team and human resources for recruiting needs as well as managing the onboarding experience for new hires and rehired employees.
Provided customer service to clients and transferred phone calls to appropriate loan officers, HR, accounting and other department personnel. Uploaded client files and indexed files through VirPack and delivered files to the closing department. Sorted through insurance mail and delivered to recipients as well as helped accounting send out mortgage payment and insurance bills to clients.
As a financial rep, I have the amazing opportunity of helping people reach their financial goals (e.g. funding a comfortable and stress-free retirement, funding their children's education, protecting income from disability, and financial security for their families even in the event of death, and more). I met with clients to discuss holistic financial planning based on individual needs and goals; prepared individualized financial plans for clients in the form of various insurance policies; conducted cold calls and scheduled meetings with potential customers.
Conducted background research; compiled historical data and cataloged acquisitions made available for public access; interviewed board members of MCAH and executives at HUD to compile history of events and experiences; and prepared PowerPoint presentation which was presented at the organization’s 25th anniversary celebration.
Conducted interviews, wrote press releases and acted as photographer for events within the law college in preparation for the creation of the fall 2013 and spring 2014 editions of the Amicus, an award winning alumni magazine
