Michelle Abou-Raad holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor's in International Relations and Middle East & North Africa studies from the Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University. She was a 2021-2022 Henry Luce Scholar in Thailand, where she worked with an incubator for social enterprise and learned Thai. Prior to moving to Southeast Asia, she worked in management consulting at Strategy& Dubai and in international development at Creative Associates in Washington, DC.
