• Utilize Human Resources Information Systems LMS (My Learning Solutions) to input employee information such as attendance, class information, role description and to track and report training outcomes. • Adheres to standard operating procedures to complete assigned work tasks, including procurement, communication, facilitator scheduling and resource management, roster management, registrations, email management and premises management. • Worked closely with facilitators to support sessions by setting up classrooms, ordering catering and materials. • Learned strong business acumen to gain knowledge of TD Bank through jobs shadowing and mentorships. • Promoted operational efficiency by completing and adhering to work tracking tools to ensure the team produced meaningful metrics and collect relevant data with minimal re-work.
• Performed full cycle recruitment for all hourly positions within Toronto.
