Our clients are making a lifestyle decision to live in Pearl and will often need to ensure their "life' situation is in a position to proceed. Each sale takes patience, honesty and empathy. Every person who purchases here, has their own unique reasons to make the decision to live here. My role in Pearl has been complete project management from maintenance, marketing, working with project budgets to sales. I have applied skills and experience from several different industries into this role. Pearl is not for everyone and despite the amount of marketing we do, until someone visits us, they will not know if it's right for them.
