Keller Sales Application Specialist respond, both orally and in writing, to customer inquiries for Keller products. Main Job Functions: Aiding customer in selection of Keller product best suited for their application Prepararation and follow up on quotes and proposals Providing customer after-sale technical support Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A fundamental understanding of the principles of pressure measurement. The ability to effectively communicate technical information, in both oral and written form. General knowledge of basic electronic circuits and hard- and soft-ware computer interfaces. Computer operation including use of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Sage 300/Sage CRM.
Main focus: Global reporting: utilizing SAP Business Object & ServiceNow - Facilitate the creation of reports including: CIO Dashboard, Customer Dissatisfaction Tracker, Customer Satisfaction Breakdown, IT SD Monthly KPI, Weekly KPI, etc. - Evaluate performance management requirements to create and utilize reporting metrics - Leverage data from miscellaneous internal system such as Business Objects, Sharepoint, Service Manager, ServiceNow, Trilogie, Bomgar, CUIC, IDM, etc. - Utilizing Information Integration solutions such as SAP Business Objects Reporting - Proficient use of Microsoft Office. Focusing in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, and Teams -ITIL Foundations Certified
- Main focus: Reporting, Associate Customer Service Development - Coaching and Developing Support Associates on a monthly basis - Evaluating associates using Calabrio - Assisted in the creation of Quality Assurance Expectations - Facilitating the creation of reports including: CIO Dashboard, Customer Dissatisfaction Tracker, Customer Satisfaction Breakdown, IT SD Monthly KPI, Weekly KPI, etc. - Created the Global – Interaction – Could Have Solved Themselves report in Business Objects - Communicate with various teams on building new metrics for reporting, and working with Solution Management to create reports in SAP Business Objects - Extensive familiarity with Trilogie - Knowledge with other internal system such as Business Objects, Sharepoint, Service Manager, ServiceNow, Trilogie, SQL etc. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Maintaining a positive attitude under pressure and time constraints
- Main focus: Customer Service/Problem Resolution - Resolving AP invoice discrepancies - Communicate with branch associates and management for accurate resolutions - Extensive familiarity with Trilogie - Familiarity with other internal system such as Keyfile, ASP, EDI, etc. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Maintaining a positive attitude under pressure and time constraints
