Erlanger, Kentucky, United States
For over 42 years I have been working in the legal field in a variety of different aspects of law, namely labor and employment, litigation, real estate, matters involving Jones Act and admiralty/maritime cases, insurance defense on both sides, defense of workers' compensation claims, and corporate law. I have assisted my attorneys in all aspects of litigation from daily contact with clients, telephone and email contact with all parties involved, scheduling depositions, assisted with initial discovery, pretrial and trial preparation, etc. I have also assisted in the appeal process in both federal and state courts, throughout the United States. I have familiarity with cases handled through private arbitration, as well as the American Arbitration Association, from start to finish. I am proficient in drafting pleadings and correspondence independently. My daily responsibilities include answering the telephone, transcription, responding to client communication via email or verbally, drafting memoranda, calendaring, transcribing and drafting pleadings and correspondence, preparing key documents for production, electronic filings, redacting documents, scheduling depositions, making travel arrangements, reviewing and preparing client files, filing, and completing various forms. I am proficient in Word, Word Perfect, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, as well as various other organizational programs.
These are the same attorneys that I worked for at Schwartz, Manes & Ruby. We left Schwartz, Manes & Ruby and formed a new firm called Patsfall, Yeager & Pflum.
