Liaise with catering before flight and set up/ plate food and drinks for serving. - Greeting passenger, assisting passenger in locating and fastening seat belt and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. - Maintaining a clean and comfortable cabin environment. - Monitoring passenger comfort levels, providing blankets, pillows and other amenities. - Available on standby 24 hours a day to Accommodate operations. - Communications effectively with passengers, colleagues and air traffic control personnel to ensure smooth coordination and execution of flights. - Work closely with pilots and ground staff to ensure efficient and professional service delivery. - Attend Train -the Trainer course. - Observe and assist in classes.
Pioneer Batch 1, involved in proving flight. - Handling of pre-flight and post flight briefing with cabin crews. - Ensuring cabin crew proficiency in the latest safety updates and SOPs. - Safety checks on cabin’s emergency equipment. - Announcements of welcome, safety demonstration, flight details, and etc. - Resolving passenger conflicts,should the need arise. - Report directly to Pilot In-Command. - In-charge of up to 3 on board crew during flight. - Assessment of new crew-in-training during flight.
