Caulfield South, Victoria, Australia
Ten years ago, I landed in Australia with two suitcases and a lot of questions. Today, I stand here as a dedicated Counsellor, having navigated the complex journey from an international student to a professional practitioner. I don’t just "do" therapy; I build bridges. I believe that while fostering positive change is vital, the real magic happens when we enable clients. My goal is to equip people with the resilience and self-empowerment needed to face life’s curveballs long after our session ends. Having lived through the "Odyssey years" myself, I have a deep passion for supporting: ·International Students navigating cultural shifts. ·Young Adults finding their footing in a messy world. ·Anyone navigating the transition into a higher-quality life centered on self-love and self-respect, where knowing what you want meets the drive to achieve it. I’m often told I have a "natural warmth" that makes opening up feel a little less scary. Whether people are dealing with identity, growth, or just the weight of being human, I’m here to build a trusting space where client feel seen, heard, and—most importantly—empowered.
