Stage Manager (born in 1994) with experience in opera production, working across repertory and new productions within structured opera institutions, including Teatro alla Scala, Fondazione Haydn, Teatro Zandonai di Rovereto, Teatro Puccini di Merano and the Monteverdi Festival in Cremona. With an academic musical background and specialization in Stage Management, I operate at the intersection of music score analysis, stage operations and technical theatre coordination, with a strong focus on live cue calling. At Teatro alla Scala, I worked as Stage Supervisor (Ispettore di Palcoscenico), overseeing stage operations throughout rehearsals and performances, coordinating stage crew and supporting production coordination within highly complex organizational structures. As Stage Manager and Show Caller, I have led rehearsal management, prompt book preparation and full show calling responsibilities, ensuring precise cue execution and technical alignment across departments within demanding production environments. What distinguishes my approach is the integration of musical training and technical precision. I approach opera not as a simple sequence of cues, but as an organic musical and dramaturgical structure, anticipating dynamics, tempo changes and expressive developments in order to align technical execution with the overall artistic vision. In high-complexity live performance environments, I have managed critical situations through real-time decision-making and structured risk management, preserving dramaturgical coherence and stage continuity while coordinating technical and artistic teams under pressure. I am currently further developing my expertise within the British Stage Management model (SM101 – The Bamboo Manager Project, founded by Antonia Collins) and am seeking international opportunities as a Deputy Stage Manager or Assistant Stage Manager.
