I joined the faculty of York College of Pennsylvania's Graham School of Business in 2018, after spending several years at the University of Michigan – Dearborn. I earned a PhD in Strategy/Organization Theory from University of Wisconsin – Madison, as well as an MBA from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater (Management & Finance) and a BS in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University. I teach strategy and management courses at the graduate and undergrad levels and conduct research on executive compensation, CSR, and pedagogy. I am a member of the Academy of Management, the Strategic Management Society, and the Management & OB Teaching Society. My work has been published in the Journal of Management and the Academy of Management Journal. Prior to joining academia, I worked in retail management and several different positions in the healthcare and pharmaceutical fields, including training, project management, data collection, quality control, and patient care.
Teach undergraduate and graduate level Strategic Management courses and conduct research on executive compensation and CSR.
