With more than 14 years working experience in purchasing with the major companies in the automotive industry, I have been involved on international negotiations and have gained a good experience in all aspects of supplier’s sourcing (evaluation) and supply chain management within a variety of international environments. I have successfully managed procurement budgets of millions euros, and have demonstrated good achievements regarding cost control, international contract negotiations and outsourcing. I am results oriented I have lead team of different dimensions and nationalities where the criterias of profitability, quality and operational efficiency are crucial for the success of the project. I speak 5 languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian, German) and have a proven capacity to adapt myself to different cultures and context. I lived and worked in China for 3 years. This gave me the opportunity to acquire a good experience with sourcing and homologation of Chinese suppliers and also to manage directly the procurement process. Responsible to purchase all components for the instrument panel, console, door panels and trims, with a large base of international suppliers. Coordination of sourcing activities, support to buyer's negotiation, budget control and cost reduction activities.
