Senior FI-CO SAP Consultant more than 20 years of experience. I have knowledge on all the SAP Finance and Control Areas. I have been working in International Projects in Europe and Latam countries. I have leaded all the FI-CO project phases: Process Analysis, Requirement gathering, Gap Definition, Process Design, Configuration, Cut Over activities Go Live and Post Go live support. I like to front new challenges and interact positively with my working team. Due to my personal experiences I am motivated in working in multicultural environments. I speak fluently 3 languages (English, Spanish and Italian).
This time working with this company allowed me to be main point of contact from Latam for: • Brazil Tax Localization. I was responsible of resolution for all configuration issues of Nota Fiscal and Sefaz Integration. I was analyzing issues applying standard or customized solutions, closing all tickets related. • Argentinian Tax Localization. I was responsible for Wht and Vat configuration for the country. I worked closely with SAP experts to adapt standard SAP solution to all transactional and report localization issues. Ensuring a quick resolution of tickets and a stable trust relationship with business users. • Vertex Support. I conducted all the FI functional tests for Vertex Support package upgrade by analyzing the scenarios and verifying the match with system configuration. I was ensuring all scenarios were covered and test project phase timing respected. • VIM Support. I coordinated Open Text consultant activities. I could interact positively detecting bugs and improving the tool in tax determination. • Integration with Middleware. I worked with PO/PI team to provide functional specification and detecting areas of intervention to correct issues in data transmission. I participated proactively in resolution of PO/PI tickets. • In House Cash Management. I covered from Latam the Level 3 support for all issues on this area. I closed all tickets raised for issues detected on master data and transactional side.
