As a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for American Progress (CAP), I contributed to the research and advocacy on housing finance and policy issues. I have a PhD and an MA in Urban Planning from UCLA, and a Laurea in Political Science from Universita' Statale di Milano. I am fluent in English, Italian, and French, and have over 20 years of experience in the field of housing policy and community development. I have worked with various stakeholders, including policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and advocates, to develop and promote evidence-based and equitable solutions for the housing challenges facing low-income and marginalized communities. I have also authored and co-authored multiple publications, reports, and briefs on topics such as affordable housing, fair housing, climate change, and racial justice. My goal is to use my expertise and skills to create positive social change and economic opportunity for everyone.
