CIPD qualified HR Systems Reporting Analyst who’s experienced working with brands across industries. I’m an inquisitive learner with a Human Resource Management (with International Relations) from the University of Leicester. - Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties - Answer general queries, dealing with employee requests regarding human resources ER issues, rules, and regulations, with HR Business Partner’s support - Supporting the Management team; assisting with and booking meetings / training sessions, advising management of best practices and policies - Producing reporting from the HR system and presenting the data within Microsoft word - Running on-boarding / exiting; by ensuring new starters are set up correctly in the HR system, completing employment references, taking part in our induction and exit interviews - Supporting the CPO and HR Business Partner with their projects, as well as taking accountability for personal project assigned to HR Coordinator - Liaising with our H&S Champions at multiple sites to ensure all offices are H&S compliant
- Generating and administering new hire documentation, such as requesting and processing background checks, offers of employment, references, employment contracts and all other documentation. - Managing the onboarding process of new employees and setting up new starters/ additional job roles through the recruitment ATS and the HR Payroll system (iTrent and Time and Attendance) - Updating on-boarding database on a daily basis to provide continuous overview of progress of workflow - Maintaining employee records and reports on HR systems to ensure they are updated. - Providing staff and managers with accurate information on access to self-service. E-learning and external and internal recruitment platforms - Processing contractual changes and transfers accurately via the ATS and HR systems (Springboard) - Managing the team shared inbox and answering queries to provide staff with support with anything HR related. - Assisting management with monitoring of qualifications and training, budget spends and casual workforce - Preparing and supporting with offboarding activities including exit interviews and leaver documentation
