Short description of my function: Owns the Regional Budget (Annual Operating Plan) for the specific product category in the mentioned countries. Is the specialist of the relevant product market combination and ensures the enabling conditions (i.e.: launch plans, distribution, marcom) are in place and continuously optimized meeting customer needs. The Regional Sales Director defines, and executes the commercial policy. Is responsible for the distribution mix, that provides turnover, margin, and outstanding AR, sales expense in line with objectives. Leads the sales force (agents) and sales process in the relevant market, as well maintain regular business relations with key customers.
