Michel Saegesser is a highly experienced international Manager with proven leadership in high-level E-Commerce, Business Development, Sales/Marketing, Digital Transformation (Digitalization) and ICT / Operations. Michel has worked for over 15 years within leading institutions in the marketplace businesses (eBay), ticketing (Ticketcorner), Retail and the language learning industry. From 2009 - 2018 / 08 Michel leads technology innovation and he acts as the Head of E-Commerce & ICT Services and runs the competence Center for E-Commerce and Digitalization within the Eurocentres Language schools foundation. Since 2018 / 09 Michel is responsible as Chief Brand & Digital Officer for the Digital Transformation and the repositioning of LIPO across Switzerland. His specific areas of expertise focus on digital innovation and business transformation across the whole Customer Journey both for a client and a corporate perspective. Michel is result focused and commercial savvy – understanding the complexity of business mix and distribution channels, current with market trends and best practices in a global context. Michel has an entrepreneurial spirit continually looking for opportunities to increase revenue or reduce costs in the context of a changing business environment due to new technological possibilities.
