I've spent the last 8+ years in contingent workforce and honestly, it's one of the most underestimated functions in any organization. At Okta, I manage our global contingent workforce program everything from compliance and security requirements to making sure the program actually works for the hiring managers using it day to day. Before that, at TCWGlobal, I built gen0 MSP/VMS programs from the ground up for global clients with no existing infrastructure, no playbook, just figuring out what works and making it repeatable. That work generated $30M in new revenue and taught me more about program design than anything else could have. These days I'm especially interested in how AI and modern VMS platforms are changing what's possible for non-employee workforce management. The role of the program manager is evolving fast, and I like being close to that edge. If you're navigating a VMS transition, standing up a new program, or just want to talk shop about where this space is going, I'm always up for that conversation.
