- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned and new customers - Build and maintain relations with consultants. Continuously educate and present them the new company’s solutions - Work on getting the approval from consultants on the company’s solutions and offers - Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to my customers - Identify and grow new sales opportunities within existing accounts - Search & follow up new leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects - Use contacts to generate new business - Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key customer - Prepare and deliver technico-commercial presentations about the new company solutions - Provide technical assistance and product education - Respond to all inquiries and sales requests within a specified timeframe - Conduct negotiations as required to achieve optimal metrics
- Search for European suppliers for the newly established department - Work closely with the consultants while building their designs - Negotiate prices & payment terms with the suppliers - Introduce the new systems to the market; clients, contractors & consultants - Search for ongoing projects, prepare offers and follow up their progress - Quote and follow up tender projects - Prepare submittals, riser diagrams and provide cabling instructions - Execute technical trainings for the consultants, contractors and resellers - Prepare security studies for end user clients’ projects
- Quote, follow up in-hand projects related to Fire alarm, CCTV, Access control, Videophone, Intrusion detection, Hotel locks and many other security systems - Negotiate contracts, terms & conditions - Follow up tender projects, perform site surveys, execute designs, provide technical & cabling instructions and hand over all the signed projects in order to achieve the yearly sales target - Perform technical presentations to the consultants and make sure they include our brands in their approved manufacturers’ list - Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers
