Experienced project leader and business analyst, I occupied different positions in IT on large projects in the automotive industry and in the insurance.
Mainly managing following projects from development and support points of view : "Access to Product" is a MDM system allowing to define and manage Toyota and Lexus catalogues of vehicle and localise them to the needs of each individual market in Europe. Roll-out to local distributors. "Vehicle Product Price Master" which allows to price the products sold in different countries. Roll-out to local distributors. "Product Datahub" allowing the consolidation of data from different source systems and their distribution to many client internal and external applications, including on-line applications. Principle of "enter once, reuse everywhere". Roll-out and integration with local distributor systems. "Vehicle Datahub" collecting, consolidating and sharing each individual car data. "Access to Product" project, which is a home-made MDM system covering the entire life-cycle management of a vehicle product from its earlier conception up to its run-out period. This software is used by different departments in the European head office like planning, marketing, sales, ... in interaction with the national distributors and the world-wide factory network.
Responsible for the Product management module of the "Vehicle Ordering Management" project. Oracle based project which has been rolled-out in several European countries, covering the complete ordering and distribution flow between the factories and the Toyota / Lexus retailers.
System Engineer on Novell Network. LAN concepts, networking technologies and administration including security and help-desk aspects.
In collaboration with the different system teams, customisation and test of new softwares. Creation of tools speeding up the application development. Training and support to IT colleagues. Optimisation of resources (IBM Mainframe environment, Xerox printers, …).
