Head of the CEEMEA region and member of Global Banking and Investment Solutions (GBIS) management committee: responsible for supervising the CEEMEA region as a whole (on behalf of GBIS) - branches in Turkey, Poland and the Middle East, two Rep Offices in South Africa & Azerbaijan, and four JV’s with SG International Retail Network in Czech Republic, Romania, Russia and Morocco. Defining and implementing GBIS‘s business strategy in the region and developing intra-Group synergies; managing commercial coordination in the region for Corporate, Financial Institutions and Sovereign clients.
Managing a worldwide coverage team of 200 people in charge of the coverage of (around 700) Corporate Target clients, of the coverage of Financial Institutions ( around 1000 FIG clients worldwide), and of all the Business Facilitation Services responsible for Marketing, Client Management and Bankers support.
Heading a pan-European team of 70 people, top 3 in France and top 10 in ECM in Europe, active on the full range of equity products: IPOs, follow-on, convertible bonds, equity corporate derivatives.
Strategic M&A advisory, refinancing of aquisition debt, derivatives, book running of inaugural bonds.
