Open-cut Excavation,HDD and micro tunneling system are adopted as per site condition (South Project) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Providing site team with the required look-ahead schedule and progress update in order to meet the project schedule and planned progress milestones. • Conducting regular site progress meetings to discuss various critical issues. • Analyze delay on the project and submit EOT when required. • Project Planning using project management software Primavera P6. • Coordinate with Project Manager for resolution of project control issues on site. • Liaising with other planning engineer to improve coordination on the project. • Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned Value Analysis. • Developing strong relationships with the clients and sub-contractors. • Evaluates allocation of resources and provided recommendations to maintain required progress. • Analyses gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlighted the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member. • Prepares and update two weeks, three weeks and one-month look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities. • Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables. • Identification, development, review and integration of individual schedules into Total/Master Project Plan as a tool for project scope management.
