MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER - Mechanical Engineer with MSc. in mechanical engineering, Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering. - 24+ years of professional experience including machine design, pressure equipment design, design of robotic equipment, hydraulically controlled and powered ROV Tooling, design of sheet metal and machined components, design of oil and gas production equipment, design of molds for vulcanization of metal rubber components, design of components for wind turbines as well as project engineering and R&D projects related to robotic equipment. - Fluent in English, with 10 years of international experience gained in the United Kingdom and Denmark. Basic German language skills. - Broad experience with 3D modeling and creating engineering drawings with software such as Pro/E-Creo, NX8.5, Autodesk Inventor, Autocad as well as experience with administering 3D parts in Teamcenter and PDMLINK. - Experience with creating hand calculations related to mechanical engineering with Mathcad and Ansys Workbench. - Very broad experience with preparing engineering reports such as concept reports, test reports, Root Cause Analysis. Experience with preparing test procedures for pressure equipment and mechanical assemblies. - Good understanding and ability to implement Geometrical Product Specification (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) on engineering drawings as well as tolerance stack up analysis. Experience with preparing DFMEA, DRA and significant experience with dispositioning of Non-Conformance Reports, related to manufacturing or assembly errors. - Various courses attended such as Wind Turbine Aerodynamics, Wind Turbine Design, CAD design, hydraulic systems, oil and gas equipment design. - Experience with industrial exhibitions as an exhibitor. - Experience with liaising with Customers and Suppliers.
