Project industrialization and responsibility for fully automated welding seams quality check system – Nlight Plasmo. Create and manage Gantt charts to track and communicate project progress. Lead internal & cross functional teams to successfully complete projects. Track project progress & report effectively on status, blockers & changes. Responsibility of welding processes in factory. Support for processes cutting, bending, assembly of modules, riveting, brazing.

Choosing and settings the parameters. *Preparing the lab for quality checks of welding process. *Participate in SAT's supplier acceptance and FAT's factory acceptance meetings *Support for processes cutting, bending, assembly of modules, riveting, soldering, brazing. *Project responsibility for fully automated welding quality check system - Plasmo.
- Project management for new Cavity welding installation in cooperation with BSH Welding experts - Acquisition of new equipment (according to PCG standard processes) for ramp up of production - Improvement of new established processes - Preperation of production area according to installation requirements - Implementation of quality checking processes within welding process (dimension measurement with CMM-measurement machine) in cooperation with metrology and Quality engineers - Layout planning, modification of shop floor and configuration of needed devices and fixtures (planning of asset-movements, layout planning, material supply, infrastructure planning) - Establishing quality standards, ergonomic standards, production system for welding area
*Monitor progress through, design, build and installation stages of all new equipment necessary for new programs. *Utilizes the experience and expertise of cross-functional team members to ensure equipment meets all cost, quality, reliability and productivity requirements. *Coordinates all equipment sample runs at both vendor and in-house locations. *Ensures supplier provides all pertinent documentation including detail drawings, electrical schematics and instruction manuals etc, and forward to appropriate departments. *Responsible for process development, program documentation and the creation of Process FailureMode Effect Analysis (PFMEAs), process flow charts, capability studies. Responsible for run pre acceptance at supplier side and final acceptance at plant. *Monitor welding quality, geometry, cycle time, capability of process.
Define cycle time, standard operations and layouts. Establish manufacturing routines and release manufacturing process documents (flow chart, FMEA, work instructions) Solving technical and quality problems, 8D analysis and process improvement Optimisation of process parameters, operation procedures to ensure product quality and capacity Implementation of new products and engineering changes. Process auditing according to VDA 6.3 and ISO/TS 16949.
Improve the production process . Solve the problems of the quality and efficiency of the production process. Create quality documentation for production.
