As a CEO in Residence at WAD Capital, I conduct investment management duties, focusing on acquiring successful businesses active in the circular economy from retiring entrepreneurs and ensuring a seamless generational transition. I target SMEs within a 300 km radius around Brussels and EBITDA ranges from €1 million to €5 million. After a successful acquisition, I will step into the CEO role, driving the business towards significant growth and operational excellence.
